In line with local and international marine legislation and regulations as well as company operating standards and procedures, the Company employs a number of Officers at sea, namely Captains, Chief Navigation Officers, 2nd Navigation Officers, Chief Engineering Officers, 2nd and 3rd Engineering Officers. All these positions require academic learning as well as competency-based practical experience at sea in order to qualify for these positions and build an Officer-at-Sea career.
