- Senior Management Development Programme – University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.
- Worked for Namdeb in various internal audit positions since 2000.
- Joined Debmarine Namibia in 2006.
- He also serves on the boards of EBank (Deputy Chairperson and Chairperson of the Audit & Risk Committee), Namibian Institute of Mining Technology (NIMT) and Nored (Chairperson of the Audit & Risk Committee).
