We recently sponsored several equipment to support skills development worth N$200 000 in Keetmanshoop in ||Kharas Region. The sponsorship, which consists of computers, stoves, refrigerators, and sewing machines, was handed over to the Women Action for Development (WAD) and Multipurpose Youth Resource centers in the southern town.

Governor of ||Kharas governor Aletha Frederick expressed optimism that the donation would strengthen the relationship between her office and Debmarine Namibia in the future, enabling the granting of more assistance when needed. She urged the students present to cherish the excellent learning environment made possible by the donation and to work hard to gain more knowledge and skills in order to contribute towards the development of the region and the country at large.

Patrick Jossob, the WAD center administration officer, expressed his sincere appreciation and gratitude towards Debmarine Namibia for their noble deed. He assured that the information communication technology, hospitality, and tailoring equipment donated will boost their training programmes to the next level. He also called on the community of Keetmanshoop and the region as a whole to actively participate in the training opportunities presented at the WAD center to gain much-needed knowledge and empower themselves to become self-sufficient, productive citizens.

Overall, Debmarine Namibia's donation is a significant boost to skills development in Keetmanshoop and demonstrates the company's commitment to the development of the region and the country.
