This festive season, Debmarine Namibia proudly joined hands with the Namibia Road Safety Forum (NRSF) at the Okapuka Roadblock to champion two values that matter deeply to our nation: safety and cleanliness.
The
holiday period is a time of joy and togetherness, but it also brings increased
traffic on our roads. To strengthen visibility and encourage driver compliance,
our team partnered with NRSF to engage directly with motorists, reminding them
that every safe decision behind the wheel protects lives. Road safety is not
just about rules; it is about respect for one another and the shared
responsibility of keeping our journeys secure.
Our
commitment extends beyond the road. Recognising the importance of preserving
Namibia’s natural beauty, we distributed recyclable bags to travellers. This
simple yet impactful gesture helps deter littering and reinforces the message
that a safer journey is also a cleaner one. By encouraging responsible disposal
of waste, we aim to inspire pride in our environment and ensure that future
generations inherit a country free from litter.
As
we celebrate the season, Debmarine Namibia calls on all Namibians to drive
