The last time we met here, very few people around here were affected by COVID-19. As we stand here today, I am sure most of us, if not all of us, have been affected negatively directly or indirectly by COVID-19. Specifically, during the 3rd wave. We saw on two occasions over 100 deaths reported in one day.
