In a heartwarming display of compassion and generosity, employees came together to make the inaugural ‘We Care’ employee charity drive a resounding success. Their dedication and initiative have not only made a positive impact on the community but also showcased the spirit of unity and empathy within the organisation. A special round of applause is in order for the Mineral Resource Management (MRM) team, whose exceptional contributions have earned them recognition in the form of a N$1000 voucher which goes towards the next charity drive and the esteemed honour of holding the floating trophy. The MRM team’s dedication and hard work have truly surpassed all expectations, and they deserve every accolade for their outstanding commitment to making a difference. All employees were invited to participate, either through purchasing goods

or financial contribution, thank you to everyone that participated. The items collected during the charity drive have been generously sponsored to Green Leaves Primary School in Okahandja Park, a gesture that will provide essential support to over 1600 scholars, many of whom rely on the school feeding programme. This act of kindness will undoubtedly make a significant difference in the lives of these scholars, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to thrive academically and personally. 

The impact doesn’t stop there. Half of the proceeds from the Valentine Charity Drive was dedicated to supporting Oanob Primary School in Rehoboth, further extending the reach of the organisation’s charitable efforts and making a positive difference in yet another community. A heartfelt thank you is extended to the brand ambassadors who volunteered to deliver the food items to Green Leaves Primary School today. Their dedication to service and willingness to go above and beyond exemplify the values that define our company culture.
